01Who is behind it

A product company, not an agency.

SOSConnect is made by Innovatrae Solutions Private Limited, a product company building connected hardware and software, based in Ahmedabad.

We build the unit that goes in the car, the receiver that gets the signal out of the shaft, and the platform that turns a press into an alert and a record. Because all three are ours, the parts that usually get blamed on each other — the button, the signal, the message — sit with one team.

Three things we hold to.

One job, done clearly
Emergency alerting and the record. Nothing else. A product that does one thing in an emergency is a product people can trust in one.
A closed loop
Alert, acknowledgement, record. An alert nobody answers is a fact worth knowing, so we keep it rather than hide it.
Through your lift company
We work with the people who already maintain your lifts. They install it, they know the building, and they can be on the contact list themselves.
